About the National Woodie Club
Celebrating all road vehicles with visible wood-structured and/or clad bodies, including the 1947 Ford pictured left, the National Woodie Club (NWC) is a fun-filled international group of woodie lovers based in the United States.
Founded in 1974, the NWC embraces all woodies (most built between the late 1920s and 1971). Whether they be stock or restored originals, custom creations, domestic or foreign, all are welcome.
Woodie ownership is not necessary to enjoy all the fun and benefits of membership. This includes a fabulous monthly full-color magazine, the
Woodie Times, free classified ads, and an annual National Meet amongst other perks.
The NWC has many chapters across America, with even more events, shows and fun get-togethers.
